Devon Libraries

Whilst creating the new umbrella brand for Libraries Unlimited after spinning out from Devon library services (please see project above) I needed to be mindful of how Devon Libraries would sit alongside it. With a bigger and more diverse audience the brand needed to be accessible, inspiring and friendly, showing off the organisations vast range of services, far beyond just books. It was important for the new brand and messaging to be consistent across the 50 different Devon branches and therefore the brand guidelines were essential. This was a detailed booklet with practical instructions to help staff maintain and strengthen their new brand when creating their own library materials on a regular basis, with aims for the brand to become internationally recognised in the future.
